The new competitors provided a high quality watches with attractive prices to target the consumers who look for luxury watches at affordable prices. This strategy attracted the existing customers of the company which made a big dent in the company's sales, profit, and eventually the market share. Hence, the company wishes to find the new lucrative markets and selected the Asia as a next growth market for its company to venture. The initial research on the growth markets of Asia reveals that UAE and neighboring GCC markets would prove to be high potential growth markets for the company to begin its business. UAE proved to be one of the luxury intensive markets, thus the company decides to commence its business in UAE.
