The person did not object but sold the widgets to Peter Buyer instead for $5500 Purchaser states that there was a contract between him and Person and that Person breached the contract because Person did not object to Purchaser's letter of acceptance, and the additional terms became part of the contract. The person claims that Purchaser's letter was a counteroffer because it violated the Mirror Image Rule and him, Person was free to sell to Buyer.
