Answer this business Law question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You enter into a contract to buy a boat from Danny's boat store. Your contract with Danny has the following express terms only: the boat must be blue; the boat must be 30 feet long; the boat must have a built-in bar for refreshments; and the price is $20,000. Danny delivers to you a boat that meets all of these terms (it is blue, 30 feet long and has a builtin bar for refreshments). You pay Danny $20,000. The first time you try to start the boat and take it out on the lake, you realize that the boat won't start because it does not have a motor. You call Danny to ask him about this and Danny replies: \"I fulfilled all of the contract terms; if you wanted the boat to have a motor you should have explicitly said so in the contract\". You tell Danny this is not reasonable and in order for you to operate the boat it is necessary that boat includes a motor. You sue Danny for breach of contract on the basis that it was your intention when purchasing the boat from Danny that the boat should have had a motor because this is the standard practice in boat selling business i.e., boats are sold with their motors. Q. a. You will likely succeed in your lawsuit against Danny. State: Yes / No (1 mark). b. Explain your answer, stating and applying the law to the facts (2 Marks)
