I agree contingency planning should provide a safe environment. An emergency is a broad term so for a business to plan for every emergency possible, seems so impossible. It's as if, how a business responds to a crisis can sometimes say more than the crisis they endured. There is a huge evolution of unprecedented times the frequency and level of a crisis are always changing. I wonder how many businesses frequently update their crisis plan, and if these plans can be measured on their level of potential effectiveness?
