Software development requirements for a small bed \& breakfast reservation system You are asked to build a small reservation system for a new bed \& breakfast (B&B) business. The business owners are John and Jane who are starting their B\&B business in a small New England town. John and Jane want a software system that balances reasonable development cost, timely delivery, software quality, and functionality. John and Jane will have four bedrooms for guests with varying features and prices. They have one room with a private bath, and it is the most expensive room. They also have a room with a lake view which is moderately priced. The other two rooms are normal rooms and are the least expensive. They want a system to manage the reservations and corresponding payments. To cut costs, John and Jane want to be the only users of the system and will not allow guests to make their own reservations. When a potential customer calls for a reservation, they will check the calendar, and if there is a vacancy, they will enter the customer's name, address, and phone number, reservation dates, room price, credit card number, and room numbers. Reservations must be guaranteed by 1 day's payment. Reservations will be held without guarantee for an agreed upon time. If not guaranteed by that date, the reservation will be dropped
