a) Identify and describe a learning and development strategy you could implement to meet the 'sun-smart' refresher needs of the team as a whole and for Nicole as an individual. Your strategy or strategies need to consider the needs of all of the team; therefore, you will need to identify a time to implement the strategy when everyone in the team will be present.

Write up your proposed strategy as a brief report you will present to Suellyn, outlining how the 'Sun-Smart' learning and development will be organised and facilitated. When writing the report ensure you maintain organisational report requirements.
