Scoring Guide

21-24: Attended all meetings, was on time, well prepared, and actively contributed to the team

16-20: Missed a maximum of one or two meetings, or was late for a meeting. Was prepared and actively contributed most of the time

11-15: Either missed more than a few meetings or did not actively contribute to the team (i.e., did not consistently move the conversation forward in a positive manner)

6-10: Had an attitude problem, or missed most meetings, or was not prepared, or did not contribute to the team
