increase job opportunities for her husband. She has been in Neva Company for 5 years and the manager of the zmir factory for 2
years.
Burak Fayton--- He is 49 years old. He graduated from Gazi University with a 2-year associate degree. Until two months ago, he was
a manager at a large, unionized textile factory. Two months ago, the company he worked for closed its production line, so he had to
leave. Mr. Fayton had been working for that company for 20 years and was the factory manager for the last 5 years. His reference
letters are great.
Rfat Bayrak--- He is 33 years old. He graduated from Boazii University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has an
MBA from Istanbul University. He is currently the assistant manager of the Ankara factory. He has been with Neva for 4 years and
has been working as the assistant factory manager for 2 years. For the last two months, he has been the standing proxy for the manager
of the Ankara factory.
kran Deveci--- She is 46 years old. She has a METU Business Administration degree. She also did his MBA from METU. She is

he is now seeking a subordinate position that will require him to travel less. He has been the assistant manager of the production
department for six years. Previously, he was the factory manager for 12 years. His factory was neat and orderly. Reference information
could not be obtained. However, his vice production managerial position has been praised in commercial publications.
Timur Dingil--- He is 36 years old. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He
completed his MBA at Ankara University. Mr. Dingil has been working as a personal assistant to the assistant production manager
for the past two years. Prior to that, he worked as an assistant factory manager for two years and as a manager at the zmir factory for
