Adam is the CEO of a small online clothing company. He has come to the realization that the company would save money if he were to cut out some of the middle management positions. He realizes there are too many supervisors in-between upper management and lower management. He has made the decision to have only two members of upper management (himself and the CFO), and one manager (middle management) per department. Jackie is a supervisor at Security Solutions Inc., an insurance company that caters to the elderly and retired. There are many departments in the company, and there is one manager for each department. However, as an insurance representative, Jackie deals with many types of claims, including (but no limited to) accident and injury claims, life insurance claims, car insurance claims, mortgage claims. Because of the wide variety of cases that Jackie deals with, she must correspond from the manager from each of these departments.
