You will be using a Switch on the HMI to simulate the presence of the part.
The temperature sensor is an analog sensor that provides output voltage between V to V to indicate temperature between to deg. F To simulate the temperature, you will be using an IO Field to enter the voltage between to V
Operator places part in a fixture then pushes the Start button.
When the process is operating System ON light should be green otherwise the light should be red.
An inductive Heating coil heats rapidly to deg. Fahrenheit.
When the temperature reaches greater than ; the coil turns OFF and a Valve opens which sprays water on the part for s to complete the heat treatment.
Once treatment is completed, Process Complete light should be ON
Then the operator removes the part and the sequence can begin again.
Note there must be a Part present or the sequence should not start.
Process can be stopped at any time using Stop button.
