Apply knowledge of concepts and theories covered in the course to leader - the leader can either be themselves if they lead a team, someone real and personally known to them (such as a boss or leader in their organization). 

Objectives of this assignment include:

(2) applying concepts covered in the course to the leadership situation - what the leader should start, stop and continue doing. (3) understanding the social dynamics (power & influence) that support or inhibit effective leaders.
