Approach this problem as a non-experimental archival longitudinal study considering descriptive and correlational/regression statistics for a trend analysis to predict upward trends. The expected results are deliberate and defensible findings that support recommendations for the geographical regions (city/state) and season(s)/month(s) where public outreach programs should be enhanced as well as what topics (e.g., altitude, Class of Airspace) should be emphasized in those programs in order to reduce the potential for NMAC/MAC between manned and hobby/model/recreational aircraft
