a)Propose a mechanism that allows one host to open (reserve) a virtual circuit with a guaranteed end-to-end average throughput and a maximum delay provided the host does not exceed a certain data rate limit when sending packets. Consider the resources required at each switch and change accordingly the virtual circuit setup protocol discussed in class. The network should reject the VC open request if switches along the way cannot guarantee those QoS attributes.
