The temperature value read on the selected character LCD screen will be displayed

There will be two outputs for fan and heater. $($Blue led for fan and red led for heater will be used as representative$).$

The set values of the fan and heater will be entered by the user using the $4$x$4$ keypad and these values can be read on the LCD screen.

Hysteresis control will be used in the operation of the fan and heater. Bandwidth will be $10\%.$

The temperature value of the heater must be greater than the fan temperature value. In addition, there must be at least $3$ degrees difference between the operating intervals to prevent the two outputs from working at the same time or working one after the other.

When we de$-$energise the card, the user's set values will not be deleted.
