Write a program that meets the following requirements:

$$ Creates an array with $100$ randomly chosen integers.

$$ Prompts the user to enter the index of the array, displays the corresponding element value until the user quits.

$$ If the specified index is out of bounds, catch and handle the exception, and display a message $$ "Index Out of Bounds."

Can you also handle the InputMismatchException if no data validation?

$$ If the user's input not an integer, catch and handle the exception, and display a message $$ "Input Mismatch! Enter an integer value." Otherwise, perform data validation using hasNextXX$()$ method from the Scanner object.
