Arthur Wright, a quarterback for the San Jose Dragons, has hired Davis Reynolds to represent him in contract negotiations with the Dragons and in connection with product endorsements. The parties have agreed that Wright will pay Reynolds the amount that is the greater of Reynolds's standard hourly rate for the type of services that Reynolds provides under their agreement multiplied by the hours spent on providing the services and 15% of the gross amount of all monies received by Wright or on his behalf from contracts that Reynolds negotiated.
