Organizing findings Part A: Each case study author(s) provides a tentative draft of the research report The draft must contain the following outline sections: a) Introduction: according to work done in Report III b) The case: to explain the case and its implications. c) Facts: to account for the data and information available about the case. The team could be creative in naming this section. d) Analysis: to account for the economics arguments, discussions, points of views, opinions about the business models of the organizations and their comparison. e) Conclusion: findings, learnings, author(s) views given the introduction and findings in sections b), c), and d) f) Reference system: in the text, and full identification of sources in reference list Author(s) can be creative in naming sections b), c), and d)

Artifact: Report 5

This is the final case study report and must follow the same outline of report 4. The author(s) can be creative in the format of the document. It can be a formal academic paper; it can be a professional report; it can be a website. The content of the report must clearly identify its support in documented sources. Therefore, a reference list and a reference system are mandatory. It is recommended the use of the standard format for documentation in social sciences: APA (American Psychological Association).
