I agree with this quote. Effective communication helps the two parties express their needs, understand each other better, and resolve conflicts healthily.

I must disagree with this quote. While changing deeply ingrained habits can be challenging, it is possible with effort, practice, and professional guidance. 

Quote3. All communication problems stem from misunderstanding. Miller, A (2013) 

I partially agree with this quote. While misunderstanding is a common communication problem, other issues, such as not expressing one's needs clearly or allowing emotions to escalate, can also contribute. Effective communication is indeed learnable. Many psychologists and therapists use active listening, nonviolent communication, and emotional intelligence training to help individuals and couples improve communication skills.
