As a consumer, you probably have some experience with sales associates. Let's share some of our experiences as we study the relationship between the salesperson and consumer/purchaser. Share with the class at least one good trait of a salesperson and one off-putting trait. A good trait would be something that the salesperson did or said that made you either decide to make the purchase immediately or made you feel good so that you would consider making the purchase at a later date. An off-putting trait would be one that makes you decide to go somewhere else or avoid making the purchase. This should be an engaging conversation joining our own experiences with the course subject matter. Once you have shared, be sure to reply to at least 2 of your classmates' posts.
