Module $2$: Data Analytics

Under this module, Praveena would like to develop a system to monitor and compare the rides rates used by its competitors. She would like to become a low$-$cost provider. She would also like to develop new initiatives to attract new customers and build a solid customer database by adding value to the service provided. For example, she plans to provide free Wi$-$Fi during the trip and free refreshments for longer rides. She has asked Kyle as the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute the idea once she approves it$.$ Kyle is excited about the idea and plans to call for focus groups among their customers as well as asking all their drivers to comment via a survey.
