a$)$ A client has approached you for advice on using alternative materials for use in electrical wiring, they are currently using copper which is expensive. They have identified iron and graphite as potential alternative material as they conduct electricity.

First fully explain, the molecular lattice structure $($BCC$,$ FCC etc$),$ physical properties and electrical conductivity of the three materials and then offer a conclusion why copper is the only suitable material to use for electrical wiring.
