As a leader within your company, you are tasked to make a decision on this issue and draft a business memo that outlines the following points while taking into consideration: 1. The ethical responsibilities of your organization to its employees and 2. The ethical responsibilities of your employees to your organization. Your memo should discuss the following areas: Brief introduction to the issue Outline your decision for your employees to work-from-home; hybrid; continue with the current model; or some other creative approach that addresses the stakeholders' interests in spite of the various types of pressure the organization is feeling. This does not need to be a very comprehensive section for the purposes of this assignment, but it should provide a high-level overview of the organization's direction to one or more stakeholders (e.g., individual, work group, organization, external stakeholders, and/or community, etc.). Employee Responsibilities to the Organization: This section should outline 3-5 expectations of the employees with your plan of action. Your ideas need to be delivered in a way that clearly integrates the ethical decisions of employees and their responsibility to the organization. There should be a brief description for each responsibility on why each point is important to one.
