As a manager, how would your strategy change when looking at purely a human behavior problem versus a technical one? How do you know they are unrelated? Let's say someone writes down their password or holds the outside door open to let another person into the building. This would appear to be a purely human error, but are there technical reasons that led them to those behaviors?
