As a manager you will be routinely working with others and making presentations. The purpose of this final project is help you become more acquainted with topics in management and be able to put them into a PowerPoint presentation to be handed into the assignments drop box.

This project is to be completed Individually.

Topic Options $-$ There are three options your group can choose from detailed below:

Research a Company $-$ Find a company that is using a management technique that you have learned about in our book. The policy can be good or bad. Tell the class about the company, what policy you have identified they are using, and if you think it is positive or negative for them.

Read a Management Book $-$ Read a popular business management book and tell the class if you found any techniques also found in our textbook and the main learning from the book you read. This is a broad category and can iclude autobiographies of famous CEO's. One of my favorite books on management is First Break all the Rules. Talk to your instructor if you want to see if a certain book would work for this.

Interview a Manager $-$ Find a manager you can talk to and interview them about their job. Ask them questions about their career and what they have learned about being a good manager after having experience.

Presentation $-$ There will be no paper for this assignment just a presentation. Presentations should be done in power point, prezi, or another type of presentation software.
