Phases Initiation scope of this phase is to complete the project charter

Planning scope of this phase is to determine any planning deliverables and any planning activities

Execution - scope of this phase is to determine what activities will be completed in the first year of college. Add any execution deliverables

Closeout scope of this phase is to determine what activities will be completed to close out the project and any closeout deliverables

Monitor and Control scope of this phase is to determine what activities will need to be completed to monitor and control status. You should include any project management deliverables you feel would be created as part of your project. The WBS should include at least 25 tasks and should include any project deliverables.
