. As an employee worked in different fields for more than 25 years, I can tell that during all these years I held to many of the core values which I acquired through the good upbringing that my parents gave me. These values were reflected in my behavior, methodology, and principles at work. 1. Accountability: I was accountable in all the jobs I worked. I had and still have a belief that any company or organization I work at should be considered as my own company and I should be responsible for getting my job done very well. Mistakes can happen in any job, and it is very normal, but the right thing is to be responsible for your mistakes and make sure you fix these mistakes immediately. 2. Honesty: Honesty is the key to continued success and progress, not only in the field of work, but in all areas of life, and it is what makes you trusted by everyone around you. In order to be honest with others, you have to be honest with yourself first. I learned from my parents to be honest in every moment and in any situation, and I applied that to my behavior in every job I worked. When I worked in selling cars for instance, I was always honest with customers and I was telling them about the negatives of the cars beside telling them the positives, and this built a trust between me and them. 3. Integrity: Integrity is a human principle that includes honesty, fair and morals at the same time. I always keen on integrity in my work because it is the way of my life and the principle that I follow. I always feel that God is watching me and I always have the certainty of that. As a result I always monitor myself and maintain my integrity. 4. Respect: Respect, honor and appreciation are the values and the ways to continue in every aspect of life and every stage of it, starting with the home and family, through marriage and dealings between spouses, as well as dealings between friends and last but not least within work. On a personal level, respect is a priority in my daily dealings with all people, whether at home, on the road or at work.
