SCENARIO

You have been hired by Xan Salgado Bads in August 2003 to support the case to the Zara management board that Zara should hire an enterprise architect. In a report to the Zara management board, using the simplified version of Forresters Total Economic Impact Model described in Quantifying The Business Value Of SaaS DOP Investments, present a convincing business case for hiring an enterprise architect at Zara. You should assume the architect will cost the company 250,000 annually, including benefits.
