As an exercise, document some process or collection of information that only you know, or that you know better than most people: ideally, choose a topic related to your job, workplace, or other "work intensive" setting. The idea is to preserve some unique information that currently only exists in your memory, and which may be useful to others.

Note: aim for a stakeholder who is not you, but who has your level of expertise and comprehension -- you do not need to provide complete descriptions of objects or processes that are commonly associated with this topic, but may need to define unique or non-standard ones.

Note also: You may interpret 'workspace' any way you want, within reason: your desk or station at your place of business, the space in which you complete your coursework, specific rooms/areas of your home, or specific places at which you do work (such as a gym or a garden).
