In this assignment we will make use of the String object and collections such as Dictionaries and Sets. The goal of this assignment is to remove any vowel from a phrase entered by the user. If any consonants are doubled after removing the vowels, then one of the double consonant will be removed. The output will be the modified phrase as well as a count of each vowel removed. For Example if the phrase was: - Marry had a Little Lamb. After removing the vowel: - Mrr hd ltti Imb After removing the double consonants - Mr ha ltil Imb A 4 - E1 11 - Y1 Note: Y will be vowel for this assignment
