As discussed in the class we will be making a performance management plan and motivation for you team. Please include different concepts that can be practically applied. This will be a detailed document where we will be following the performance management plan for our team. This will be like a role play activity where each group member plays a role in this process. HRM, Manager and Employee will be the minimum characters to be played. (Max 4 students per group) A detailed report has to be submitted including creating a template (As I showed you 3 different templates in class). As we saw in class 2 of the positive reviews and one constructive feedback you will include both in your review. It will be your call if this will have more positive and maybe a point on constructive or you may have a lot of points on constructive. You will be following the steps that we discussed. Following will be the steps that may be followed as a guideline. HRM: Create the performance management plan template and distributes to the managers. Managers: Sends the temples to the team with explanation on the process and set a deadline for the employees to fill in the template. Manager: Reviews and fill in the comments you have about the employee. Make sure we have both the positive and the constructive feedback. HRM: Sends the organization wide reminders for the mid year PMP due. Managers schedules the meeting with the employees to discuss the PMP and give the feedback. Manager: Verify and submit the Forms to the HRM. HRM completes the documentation. HRM: Circulates the message for the end of the year reviews. Follow the steps as followed for the mid year review. Conduct the meeting validate the goals set in mid year review and finally give the rating to the employee. Top management, Manager and HRM reviews the PMP and decides the bonus, raise and promotions.
