As E-Commerce is gaining popularity one area that needs to be assessed was the development of an overall framework or set of guidelines to support systems reliability.

1. The reliability of internal systems would be addressed by the AICPA and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and would become known as the "The Trust Services". Discuss each of the principles of systems reliability or "Trust Services", how they relate to each other and contribute to the overall objective of systems reliability.
2. During the course we discussed several risk models, COBIT, COSO'sInternal Control Framework, Entity Risk Management model (ERM) and a general business risk model from the "Targeting Business Risk" article. Explain two differences between two of the risk models.
