To what extent do you agree with this? Do managers and organizations have a responsibility to help employees manage their work$-$life boundaries? What can managers$/$organizations do to help facilitate an effective boundary management process? What do they do that hinders that process? What is the role of individual employees? What should employees do to manage their work$-$life boundaries?
