As individuals who are aspiring to becoming Project Managers, a profession that has deep impact to organizational success, we need to be able to constantly scan the internal and external eco-system. One way to achieve this is to keep ourselves up-to-date with current events through various media outlets available to us at our finger tips. As leaders, we don't only comprehend the "news", but should be able to reflect on it and connect theoretical underpinning from your past experiences and what you learn in your current Project Management Program. Please post 1 BUSINESS news item that you will have read/heard/viewed from anytime between April 1 2023 - June 23, 2023 that is Canadian and/or American in nature. Use a reliable source for the business news item and quote it in your reflection. Write a short summary of your reflection of this news item, incorporating some of the project management principles, concepts and/or practices that you have learned this semester. Your colleagues in the class can then shed their thoughts and their point of views on your post (please comment on at least 2 others' posts). We may have conflicting opinions and we should all learn from it (and not take anything personally, we should be able to separate people from the problem at hand). At the end of the term we should build strong bonds within the class and walk out of this program as strong candidates who will make up the next generation of leaders. Please ensure you have your initial post uploaded by 11:59pm on June 23, 2023. Learners can respond to the posts until 11:59pm on July 4, 2023. Grading: • 3% your reflection - a summary of a minimum of 2 paragraphs (including the source of your chosen business news).
