As mentioned in the syllabus, most articles assigned for reading in this course are highly influential works that introduce the classic theories and frameworks on a particular topic. These theories and frameworks have substantially shaped strategic management till this very day. Reviewing these articles will help students grasp and retain the core ideas and major takeaways on each topic covered.
Before working on the article review, please make sure you are clear about the expectations. For each article, the review should include the article's main purpose and its key ideas, findings, and implications. In other words, the review should succinctly yet sufficiently present the major content of the article without the need to read the full article.
The recommended length for the review of each article is about a page or 2, single spaced. A combination of text and bullet points is recommended. Please submit all the reviews in one Word file.
