To me$,$ it appears as though employee job satisfaction is poor. Most of the responses seem to be on the negative side except for managers supporting development and training. At least one of the categories is good.

Two questions that stand as negative are: the process of solving work$-$related problems and having the information to perform work effectively. Both of these could be related to organizational structure and chain of command.
