As technology-centric as Disaster Recovery (DR) is, it may not be applicable to all organizations; i.e., there may be firms, groups, forums, etc. who have a need for resilience, business continuity, crisis management, etc. Can you put forward an example of this type of organization (e.g., ACME Sand and Gravel)? What makes them different; needing continuity but not needing DR? they really don't have a need for technology-centric DR, or is there more that should be considered?
