Think abouk interacting with a television set or a radio receiver or a newspaper all of which are analogical media. Now think of digital media such as smartphones, laptop computers, and tablets. OK...what's another BIG difference between analogical and digital media? It's a trick question. There is no big difference other than the way the message is conveyed. You read a newspaper on a printed page, you read the same page on a computer screen. You watch a TV program of a television set. You watch the same program on a computer screen. A user can't communicate with an analogical medium like a newspaper page, or a page in a magazine. But a user can and must communicate with a digital medium like a computer or smartphone. Digital media don't cost anything. However, you must buy a newspaper, a magazine or a book. Digital media are free. Analogical media are not
