As we discussed in class, companies are facing significant risks. For this application, I would like for you to choose one source of risk that you think companies face. Theoretically, this is a risk that you might have to address in your career. This could be inside risk (e.g., sabotage) or an external risk (e.g., pandemic).

You will need to find an article that focuses on the risk of your choice. Provide me with the citation of the article, summarize it, and then discuss a feasible plan for how the risk can be mitigated or addressed by the organization. Make sure that you focus your discussion on the HR side.

1. Find and cite a relevant article from a reliable, reputable source.
2. Summarize the article in your own words (does not have to be a long summary) .
3. Develop and discuss a plan (perhaps using assigned articles from class) on how this risk can be addressed and mitigated.
