As you begin the Test Creation and Feedback*assignment, you will want to review the instructions on this page IN THEIR ENTIRETY. Once you understand the requirements and what is expected, you can go back and follow the step-by-step instructions on how to complete and maximize the points on this phase of the project. Remember that in the long run, the Test Creation and Feedback*assignment will be completed in three phases - Test Creation, Peer Feedback, and Final Submission.

To completePhase 1of the assignment, do the following steps:

Think of a topic that you are interested in. This can be a hobby, an academic subject, or anything in between. The topic is completely up to you. (ex: Sports, Cooking, Scrapbooking, Geometry, Design, Favorite Movie, etc.)

Go to YouTube and find a video related to your subject. The video MUST be between 5 and 10 minutes or less in length. The video can be an overview of your topic or something specific to the topic. (ex: Topic of Archery could have a video of "Overview of Archery" or "Properly Shooting an Arrow" or "Scoring in Archery Competitions")

Based on your video, you will need to create test following the information you've learned throughout the course. Be sure the test includes at least the following:

• 3 Matching Items
• 5 True / False Questions
• 3 Short Answer Questions
• 1 Performance Item
• Criteria for Evaluation Listed
• Well Written Directions
• Proper Test Formatting
