Ethical principles and regulations framework for biomedical research include respect for autonomy, human dignity, informed consent, and benefit for protecting research participants and advancing scientific research. Researchers obtained informed consents on human participants that were involved in experimental groups in some of the articles collected from my PICOT question. Ethical principles and regulations are the duty of the provider and researcher. The provider must promote health, safety, well-being, respect, and the rights of the patient. Common disparities in biomedical research include the potential for bias from researchers. Biomedical research should include respect for autonomy, informed consent, and human dignity of the participant without psychological influence and manipulative techniques.
