Every business has been thrown into a state of shock due to the lockdown protocols and fear of the unknown future. HR managers have had to make decisions within this short span who their businesses find necessity. Executives of Multinational corporations have had to make crucial decisions on how they manage their interests in their subsidiaries as well as in their headquarters. The purpose for this reflection analysis is to analyse and evaluate the impacts of this pandemic has had on ITHRM and how it effects the MINCs and what they have done in reaction to the ongoing global economy
