Assessment Description This is a group report. Groups will be of 4 people and will be selected by the lecturer. Students are required to work as a group through online means to write a 1000 word report. The report is to discuss the roles within a group or team. Students are to demonstrate their understanding of the roles that can emerge within a work group or team and how they work in practice, and the impact of leadership on a group or team. Each group should use a Group Charter to assign the roles of group members, and document how and when your group will meet. The group charter should be submitted when assigned the topic. One student from each group will be required to upload the report. Each student is required to submit a peer evaluation form by the due date. Content and Structure The assignment should be 1000 words in length and written a report format. Briefly describe the factors that affect group or team performance. Discuss the leadership behavior and how leadership impacts on a group or team behaviour
