Assessment item 1 - Concept Map and Video

TASK Strategic HRM is evolving in the new era of business - how do you visualize SHRM in the next 5 - 10 years? Please design a one-page concept map considering the above question. To help explain the concept map you can include 3 - 4 slides that will highlight different aspects while you are discussing various issues. These additional slides will assist the audience to focus on each part of the concept map. In a separate word document and/or on a separate page to your concept map or at the end of your video, include a list of no less than 3 recent academic and professional resources. This assessment is based on topics 1 and 2 of the subject.
