Assessment:

Make a simple project plan applying the common parts showing the activity plan.

Common parts of the project include:

1. Project Charter - This is where you can see the description of objectives, the one who approved the project, the requirement dates, cost and benefit of the project.

2. Scope Plan - This is where the detailed definition of scope and deliverables are located.

3. Project Organization - It includes the people needed in order to complete the project such as the project manager and the members. It also includes their own roles and responsibilities in the said project.

4. Resource Plan - Required staff skills, hiring or contracting plan are all can be seen in the resource plan. It also lists down the required equipment, tools, facilities needed in the project.

5. Activity plan- Work Breakdown Structure and resource-activity assignment are the thing included in the activity plan.

6. Cost Plan - The budget needed in the project is included in the cost plan.

7. Risk management plan - This plan includes all the initial identified risk and risk mitigation, risk reporting and frequency.

8. Test Plan - Identification of independent test lead, test team and statement of how scope will be reviewed and by whom are included in the test plan.

9. Communication plan - communication lead, communication elements, timing.

10. Implementation plan - This part contains the implementation lead and implementation strategy of the organization.

11. Quality plan- This part involves identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to fulfill them.
