Assessment task 3: Work placement task Work placement task: This assessment task requires you to take on the role of HR Manager in a workplace setting or a simulated environment set up by your training organisation. In this assessment task, you will be required to demonstrate your skills and knowledge to plan, implement and coordinate a health and wellness program in a workplace setting or a simulated environment set up by your training organisation. This includes: Creating an overall program management plan collaboratively. Preparing policy documents. Coordinating required assistance to relevant stakeholders. Evaluating the implementation and incorporate the results of the evaluation into organisational strategies. To do so, you are required to complete the following activities. Activity 1: Research and analyse employee health issues. Activity 2: Plan a health and wellness program. Activity 3: Coordinate and evaluate the health and wellness program. Assessment environment This assessment task must take place in any one of the following physical conditions: Physical condition 1: An actual workplace. Note: The student can use their own workplace setting. The trainer/assessor will assess the workplace based on the assessment criteria mentioned below and will provide approval if the
