Assessment Task 4 - Conduct a Risk (Hazard) Assessment Your task is to develop a checklist ffor conducting a workplace inspection ffor you case study organisation using the ffollowing headings (so you will need to add a number off dot points ffor inspection under each off the headings). To do this you may need to undertake some research into hazards commonly ffound in organisations similar to your case study organisation. You should set out your checklist as a template to be used by the WHS representative or supervisor and include the following 16 sections (as applicable): 1. General Layout 2. Housekeeping 3.
