• You have discovered that the floor system and external cladding you selected in the previous questions, are not going to be available for this project due to problems with suppliers. You now need to identify alternative materials you could use for the same project and provide a report to your client, seeking their approval to use the alternative materials. Select alternative material that you could send to your client which describes why the alternative materials would be suitable, having consideration for the structural adequacy of the material, its durability, its compliance with AS, its safety and fire resistance.
