Overview: In this individual assessment, you will develop a comprehensive design report for a web and database application based on a given business scenario or you may choose your own business scenario. Your report will demonstrate the application of web programming concepts and database design techniques covered in Topics 1a to 4a. The working system prototype will be showcased during Week 4b.

You are required to submit:
1. Design Report A professionally written report that includes the following sections:
Cover Page: Include your name, student ID, unit name, and assignment title.
Executive Summary: Provide a concise summary of the project's purpose and outcomes.
Table of Contents
Introduction: Brief background of the project and objectives.
Design Sections:
o System Requirements Specification
o User Storyboards and Interface Sketches
o Web Object-Oriented (OO) Design Diagrams
o Database Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD)
Appendix A: Screenshots of your working application with brief commentary, highlighting key features and important aspects of the code.
2. Working Application Files A compressed ZIP file including:
All source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Python, etc.)
Database SQL dump files The ZIP file and the report must be submitted together in one upload to the LMS.
3. Presentation Slides A visual presentation (10-15 PowerPoint slides) summarising your report findings:
Slides must be well-structured, concise, and visually engaging.
Use graphics such as diagrams, UI mockups, or flowcharts.
You should cover all critical aspects of your project, suitable for a verbal presentation (self-recorded or live).
Submit your slides via LMS.
Additional Guidelines:
All work must be completed individually.
Cite all references using the Harvard (Cite Them Right) referencing style.
