Assessment The assessment for this module will involve a critical evaluation of the approaches used in building high performance individuals and teams within your own organisation. (L01, LO4) This will provide a framework to use to appraise your own capacity to lead and develop others within the organisation, and analysis of your own leadership style. (LO2, LO3, LO5). You will use what you have learned in the readings, discussions, seminars and workshops to complete a portfolio, focusing on the problem, organisation, or professional challenge that you identify. Learning artefacts could include reports, case studies, reflective learning accounts, presentations, projects, proposals, plans or practical work based artefacts with accompanying critical commentary.
