Question: You have been assigned as a Project Manager for installing EV charging units throughout

southwestern Ontario region. In total there are $45$ charging stations that need to be constructed,

installed and commissioned by December $2023.$ The budget provided is $2$ million dollars for this

project.

Part A$.$ Prepare a Project Charter for the mentioned project, that will be signed by yourself, your

Company Manager and the end Client stating the project has been awarded. $10$ marks

Part B$.$ Prepare a detailed Project Management Pan on how you are planning on implementing the

project, identifying your stakeholders, schedule for the project, payment of financed, change order

management $,$ quality checks and commissioning of the projects. $20$marks
